Why Giving Matters: A Culture of Philanthropy
Cobb School Montessori is a community defined by giving – a community that grows stronger through the participation of every member. Fundraising and volunteer activities celebrate, honor, and perpetuate this spirit of giving – a tradition that focuses both on supporting our school today, and on securing educational opportunities for future generations.
As a non-profit organization, Cobb School Montessori, is funded solely through its tuition fees and private contributions. Like most independent schools, we strive to keep our tuition rates as low as possible and rely on the generosity of our entire community to help cover the gap between tuition and the school’s operating expenses.
It is through the support and of the entire school community; parents, past parents, grandparents, trustees, staff and friends of the school, that we are able to offer quality educational programs and facilities, and to provide financial aid to students in need.
Since our founding in 1974, so many of you have continued to support, sustain and enhance our wonderful school. There are countless ways in which your gifts will enable our school to flourish and grow.
